1. What if I need to replace the product Size?

  • If the size you ordered doesn’t fit you, simply
    Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
    You will be required to ship from any courier service and send to our address With Own Expense.
    Once we receive the product, we will send the new size (depending on the availability).
    please note that this process may take 5-6 working days.
  • 2. What if I wish to exchange the product with other product(s)?
  • Conditions for Exchange:
    • The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete.
  • • The product delivered does not match the product ordered.
  • • The product is in its original and undamaged packing (careful opened package will not be considered damaged).
  • • The product received does not match the size ordered.
  • • Wore/Tried Undergarments are not eligible for exchange.
  • Please note that:
    • The minimum time for exchange is 7 days.
    • EXCHANGE shipping and handling charges will be customer will pay of the parcel sent by the customer.
    • This policy applies to all online orders
  • Discounted Products:
    Exchanges during sale is not applicable, if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.
